1. Who we are

SpeakrStream Ltd ("SpeakrStream", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading, installing or using the SpeakrStream applications, browser extensions, mobile keyboards or website (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity carried out under your account. If you are using SpeakrStream on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use SpeakrStream to dictate or process unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the local AI models distributed with the app.
  • Do not resell, sublicense or expose the Service as a hosted API to third parties.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. On-device processing

Speech recognition and clean-up run locally on your device. We do not retain audio. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what is and is not transmitted.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the text SpeakrStream produces from your dictation. We retain all rights to the SpeakrStream software, models, brand and documentation.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakrStream is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and any locally cached content remains yours.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
