The short answer
Audio recordings and transcripts never leave the user's device. There is no personal data to export, breach, or subject-access. The only personal data SpeakrStream processes is the licensed user's email and account metadata.

- Contract performance — for the customer account
- Legitimate interest — for product telemetry (opt-out available, disabled in enterprise)
Roles
SpeakrStream acts as a Data Processor for the customer's authentication metadata. We do not process the content of dictation — that data never reaches us.
